As we enter into a new season of weather, I wanted to chat about the different seasons of life. We all go through challenging times at some point, but the key is to reconcile the different seasons and stay the course through them all. From the dangers of overthinking to the value of finding another perspective, there are so many ways to change how you handle the times where you feel overwhelmed. Although you cannot necessarily change the season you’re in, I’ll share how you can take back some control over your experience no matter what storm is blowing around you.
