WE HAD A GIRL!!! I still can’t believe it. When they pulled her out I asked at least 10 times if they were sure, and when I realized they were, I cried through the rest of my c section. To say this is a dream come true for our family is an understatement. I am still in the clouds about it. We adore our precious Sunday Blaise!
Not finding out the gender of any of our babies has been one of the greatest surprises of our lives, and having the gift of my interior designer friend April Tomlin and her incredible team designing the nursery knowing the gender makes it all even better. When we bought our new home we knew we wanted them to do the surprise nursery like they did with Shepherd. So I got the gender in an envelope and gave it to April months in advance so she knows. She then designs the entire nursery with no help or input from us and stores it in a facility until install day and it’s all a complete surprise. And boy was this one a surprise!

This nursery feels like one of the coolest kid rooms I’ve ever seen. It feels more elevated and little girl than baby, which I love so she can grow into it. It gives me English tea drinking, eclectic collected, Palm Beach baby vibes. It feels special, fun, bright and one of a kind. If it were an emotion it would be happy. So so happy.

I also stated over and over, without knowing the colors of the space, that her colors were yellow and green and low and behold they were the exact colors. It all feels so Sunday and meant to be, every single inch of it. I’m so excited to finally show you this space! Welcome to Sundays room!!
